Aspire Academy in Hull is seeking an HLTA to support pupil learning in our SEND area. You will deliver small-group interventions, build inclusive practices and contribute to a safe, uplifting classroom.
Working 37 hours per week during term time, you will collaborate with the SENDCo and teaching staff, plan high-quality lessons, and help every pupil flourish. The post is permanent with a supportive leadership team and CPD opportunities.

As a HLTA you will have a deep commitment to championing inclusion and wellbeing across our school. You will play a critical role in modelling best practices for adapted instruction, planning and delivering high-quality, small-group learning experiences that remove barriers and ensure equity of access for every pupil.
Your expertise will be vital in nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere within our designated SEND area of the school. This role requires proactive collaboration with the SENDCo and teaching staff to maintain an environment where all children feel safe, valued, and empowered to flourish both academically and emotionally.
