Job summary

Yeovil College is seeking an experienced Higher Education and Adult Learning Manager to lead our HE and Adult provision, delivering an outstanding, inclusive learner experience from recruitment to progression.

You will drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement, work with senior teams and external partners, and champion widening participation and new growth opportunities across provision and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-16 education, ideally in a college HE environment.
• Knowledge of HE, FE and Adult learning regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to use data and student feedback to improve outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent, Level 2 English and Maths, and IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across HE and Adult provision.
• Drive growth, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Office for Students, partner universities, and QA guidance.
• Oversee Access and Participation Plan and widen participation initiatives.
• Build partnerships with universities and external partners to create opportunities.
