• Experience in higher education quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of OfS requirements and academic regulations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and policy development skills.

• Leading Higher Education quality assurance and academic standards processes.
• Providing expert guidance on academic regulations, policies and OfS compliance.
• Managing programme approvals, curriculum changes and quality review activities.
• Overseeing student-facing processes including complaints, appeals, academic offences and hardship applications.
