About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Higher Education Administrator to join their administrative team in Randburg . This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of academic departments and student services, providing essential support to faculty, staff, and students. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, support academic processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the institution. Key Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic departments, including managing schedules, correspondence, and record-keeping.

  • Manage departmental budgets, process financial transactions, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
