Box Recruitment Group is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a leading UK holiday resort operator. The role focuses on fast food/QSR and high-volume dining, with responsibility for an energetic team and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead from the floor, drive performance, manage rotas and budgets, and ensure safety, hygiene and food quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership position in a busy resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food, QSR, Chinese/Oriental restaurants, or other high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing rotas, labour and budgets.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational compliance.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of day-to-day running of the restaurant.
• Lead, motivate and manage the team during busy service periods.
• Deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining food quality and consistency.
• Be highly visible on the floor and lead by example.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and confidence.
• Manage rotas, labour planning and deployment to optimise coverage.
• Monitor revenue, spend per head, service speed and guest satisfaction.
• Use guest feedback and KPIs to drive real-time decisions.
• Control labour costs and performance against budget.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, health & safety and compliance standards.
• Oversee stock control, product care and waste reduction.
• Ensure food preparation, presentation and service standards are maintained.
