Job summary

Box Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK holiday resort operator for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join a busy high‑volume Food & Beverage operation.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, ensure consistent high standards of food quality and safety, manage costs and inventory, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced service environment. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is required and experience in resort/hospitality groups is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Safety qualification is required.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments.
• Experience managing food costs, stock and waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the kitchen and service.
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked and presented to standards.
• Monitor quality, cost control and waste reduction.
