Qualifications

• High-volume hospitality experience required.
• Proven leadership and people-management ability.
• Experience in fast casual / grab-and-go environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Cultivate a culture focused on people, food quality and operational excellence.
• Own day-to-day restaurant operations and drive KPIs.
• Manage financial controls, stock, waste, and food safety compliance.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent and build succession plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and top service standards.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and support teams to achieve objectives.
• Be a hands-on leader during busy service periods.
