Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a High Touch Equities Business Support professional to provide front-office business and technology support for high touch cash equities trading, sales trading, and related execution workflows in London. The role emphasizes stability of trading platforms, operational resilience, and close collaboration with traders, COO, product owners, and technology teams.

Qualifications

Experience in front-office application support or trade support within equities.
Familiarity with Fidessa components (FTW, FDM, OMAR, EMMA, PMON).
Understanding of high touch equities trading workflows and post-trade processes.
Hands-on experience supporting FIX client connectivity and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day business and technical support for high touch equity trading applications and users on the trading floor.
Monitor production services, trading platforms, and FIX connectivity to ensure stability and issue detection.
Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents with clear communication of impact and resolution status.
Collaborate with traders, product owners, developers, and vendors to resolve front-to-back workflow issues.
Support application releases, testing, deployments, and post-release verification.
