Job summary

Cloudspirit is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a high-performing global team. You will support the eTrading environment for a leading investment banking client, ensuring the stability and performance of critical trading platforms.

This role involves overseeing production support activities, managing incident resolutions, and enhancing electronic trading systems in a complex, low-latency environment. Applicants should have strong expertise in application support and scripting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Application Support within electronic trading or capital markets environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation including Python, Shell, PowerShell, SQL.
• Experience with ION trading platforms or similar vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production support activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for issue resolution.
• Support and enhance electronic trading systems.
