Quotient seeks an experienced Scientific Manager to lead the High Throughput Laboratory’s daily execution and delivery across Histology, Flow Cytometry, and Molecular Biology workflows. You will coordinate activities, manage resources, and ensure samples progress on time with high scientific quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with significant relevant industry experience (typically 6+ years).
• Experience leading lab operations in high-throughput environments.
• Experience coordinating workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience line-managing or mentoring laboratory staff.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory execution across disease programmes (Histology, Flow Cytometry, Molecular Biology, Sample Management).
• Translate project priorities into detailed work plans and schedules with allocated resources.
• Prioritise work, manage bottlenecks and communicate progress to project teams.
