Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for a major high-rise residential development in Salford, Greater Manchester. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and specialist trades, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-rise residential developments.
• Experience managing live/occupied sites.
• Strong knowledge of firestopping and passive fire protection.
• Understanding of construction compliance and QA processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of works across the development.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and trades.
• Manage programme, sequencing, labour and resources.
• Coordinate works across multiple floors and areas.
• Monitor progress and identify delays.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and approved methods.
• Oversee firestopping and passive fire protection works.
• Maintain QA documentation and completion records.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and SNAG/warranty work.
• Liaise with main contractor, client, consultants and stakeholders.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings.
• Maintain health & safety standards on site.
• Coordinate works in live/occupied environments.
• Resolve site issues promptly.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
