Job summary

The People Pod is recruiting a Site Manager for a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton. You will work with the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager to supervise day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards across façade/envelope and internal construction packages.

The role requires proven high-rise project experience, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of QA,

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on high-rise residential/multi-storey projects.
• Exposure to façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.
• Confident in managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics.
• Good understanding of QA, building safety and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities on a high-rise residential scheme.
• Coordinate subcontractors to deliver works safely, on programme and to quality standards.
• Oversee façade/envelope and internal construction packages.
• Ensure site logistics and QA compliance are maintained.
