Job summary

The People Pod is recruiting a Site Manager for a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton. You will work with the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality.

The role requires experience on high-rise residential/multi-storey projects, exposure to façade/envelope and internal packages, strong QA and site compliance knowledge, and the ability to

Qualifications

Experience on high-rise residential / multi-storey projects.
Exposure to façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.
Confident managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics.
Good understanding of QA, building safety and site compliance.
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy construction environment.
Solid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site activities on a significant high-rise scheme.
Coordinate subcontractors across façade/envelope and internal packages.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to required quality standards.
