Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a major high-rise residential project in Salford. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and help ensure delivery on programme, quality and safety.

The role requires experience on high-rise developments, strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of drawings, RAMS and site safety.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate
• CSCS card
• First Aid qualification or training

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations.
• Coordinating subcontractors, specialist trades and site operatives.
• Monitoring progress against the programme and identifying potential delays.
• Ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality.
• Liaising with the Client, consultants and wider project team.
• Supporting short-term planning and look-ahead programmes.
• Monitoring subcontractor performance and progress.
• Assisting with inspections, snagging and project handover.
• Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation.
