Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-storey residential projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site activities and workforce.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
