Papa John’s is seeking a dedicated shift manager to oversee restaurant operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of both restaurant team members and delivery drivers. This role reports to the restaurant general manager and operates in high-volume, high-complexity environments.

Key duties include ensuring quality products, enforcing safety standards, coaching staff, and driving sales through strong customer service and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift management and people management.
• Ability to recruit, orient and train staff to meet customer expectations.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing team members.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for shift management, hiring/firing, onboarding, training and development.
• Oversee performance of restaurant team members and delivery drivers; document issues and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure quality products and compliance with Papa John’s standards; maintain safety and security standards.
• Contribute to sales goals through customer service excellence and financial controls.
