Job summary

Volvo Group in the United Kingdom is seeking skilled HGV Technicians to carry out service, maintenance and repairs on Volvo trucks to high standards. You will diagnose faults with modern equipment and perform safety inspections and MOT preparations.

You'll also support training for apprentices, work on a rotating shift, and benefit from extensive in-house training and a wide range of benefits offered by Volvo Group.

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.

Responsibilities

Do you hold a Level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGV's or have you completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry and enjoy getting your hands dirty?

Salary & Benefits

£3,000 joining bonus (£1,500 net payment on the first paycheck - £1,500 net payment after the 6-month probation period - direct applicants only).

Salary up to £20 per hour dependent upon skill set & experience covering a rotating shift: Monday to Friday 0600hrs to 1400hrs/1400hrs to 2200hrs alternative Saturday morning overtime, time & half.
