Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join a client in Wolverhampton.

You will diagnose, service and maintain a range of commercial vehicles, including 4x4s and tipper grabs, with duties covering 2.5–32 tonne GVM. Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:30, 45 hours per week, temp-perm, £48k–£50k.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• HGV/Commercial vehicle mechanical qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 3.
• Class 2 HGV licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on a range of commercial vehicles, including 4x4s and tipper grabs.
• Work on vehicles from 2.5 to 32 tonne GVM and conduct diagnostics, inspections, servicing and MOT prep.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop.

HGV Technician

We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to work for our client who are in Wolverhampton.

THE DUTIES:

• Perform maintenance on a range of Commercial Vehicles such such as 4x4's and Tipper Grabs.
• Working on vehicles ranging from 2.5 to 32 tonne GVM.
• Completing diagnostics, inspections, servicing, MOT prep and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• HGV / Commercial Vehicle Mechanical qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 3.
• A Class 2 HGV Licence (preferred but not essential)

THE HOURS:

This is a Temp - Perm role.

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm

45 hours per week.

THE PAY:

You will earn an annual salary of £48k per annum, this can go up to £50k once probation is completed.
