INDAUTO in Plymouth is seeking an experienced HGV Technician, Mechanic or Fitter to join a family-run workshop offering permanent employment and development opportunities.

You'll earn £40,000-£55,000 per year DOE, with overtime and a £5,000 relocation package to support your move to Devon. The role includes regular training, uniform provided and on-site parking in a supportive team.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out HGV servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintenance and MOT preparation.
• Follow manufacturer standards for heavy vehicle repair and servicing.
• Maintain accurate workshop records and a clean, safe working environment.

Are you an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter looking for your next opportunity in Plymouth? Join an established, family-run commercial vehicle workshop offering a permanent position, ongoing development and support with relocating to Devon.

Working hours

• Early: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30.
• Late: Monday-Friday, 15:00-23:00, plus Saturday mornings, 08:30-12:30.

What we're looking for

This role would suit an HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Truck Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician with:

• An NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Experience in heavy goods vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork.
