Adler & Allan is looking for an HGV Tanker Driver to support the Droitwich depot with site services. The role involves jetting, drain cleaning, interceptor servicing and reactive works at petrol stations and distribution centres.

You will work in a small team, handle call-outs, and ensure paperwork is completed promptly. Full training will be provided, and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Formación

• Reliable HGV driver with a strong safety record.
• Full UK driving license; training provided for site duties.
• Experience not required in drainage; full training will be given.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as part of a one/two person team to perform site tankering works including jetting and drain cleaning, interceptor cleaning and servicing.
• Respond to call-outs for critical issues and provide timely responses.
• Carry out near-miss and incident reporting; maintain paperwork and submit to supervision.
• Liaise with customers on-site to discuss ongoing works and additional services.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure tools, PPE and equipment are in good order.
• Inform supervision promptly of damage or issues and seek improvements where possible.
• Undertake any other duties aligned with qualifications.

HGV Tanker Driver
Brize Norton – With 3-4 nights out a week
Permanent, full-time - Mon - Fri
Competitive salary plus benefits
1.5x Overtime rate on weekends

Operating from Droitwich, you will be required to operate as part of a team, working alongside other Engineers, fulfilling works for major oil companies & independent customers in the Forecourt Services division. You will be required to contribute to ensuring systems are working correctly and identifying root causes and provide customers with long a term solution.

The duties of this position include a high degree of manual work required when cleaning site drainage and tank systems to ensure compliance with the EA Guidelines/regulations.

More about the role:

• Operate as part of a one/two person team to perform and deliver site tankering works, which will include jetting and drain cleaning works, interceptor cleaning and servicing and reactive works on petrol filling stations and distribution centres.
• Respond and react to call outs for critical issues.
• Carry out Near miss & potential incident reporting. In-house training will be provided.
• Liaison with customers on site to discuss on-going works and further services of the Company.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, tools, PPE and other work items are in good order and repair and available for use at all times. You will be expected to inform supervision as soon as any damage is identified.
• Completion of all works paperwork and submission in a timely manner to divisional supervision.
• Liaison with supervision regarding all works and recommending improvements of possible opportunities.
• Any other duties for which you are qualified for and capable of undertaking.
