Job summary

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Network Logistics Operative to manage large scale construction logistics across sites. You will drive HGV Grab lorries, transport reinstatement materials, and support DMA renewals with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Class 2 (preferably CE) licence, HIAB and NRSWA qualifications, plus experience in utilities or construction. A 42-hour week Monday–Friday with Friday finish is typical. Training and development are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Class 2/CE driving licence with HGV experience.
• HIAB qualification and NRSWA Operative.
• Experience in utility/construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Transport reinstatement materials to/from the site and operate relevant equipment.
• Collaborate with Network Logistics supervisor and Construction teams to ensure safe operations and material handling.
• Maintain safe excavations, coordinate access, and communicate with customers during DMA renewals.
