Job summary

QS Recruitment in the United Kingdom invites applications for a Class 1 (C+E) Driver based at our Boston depot. You will transport timber from mills to customer sites using flat bed vehicles with ratchet-strapped loads, starting each shift at 0645 for about 10 hours, Monday to Friday.

This temporary role offers long-term opportunities with weekly earnings up to £1126. UK applicants only, with valid LGV/HGV Class 1 C+E license, CPC and tachograph card required.

Qualifications

• 6 months HGV experience (Desired)
• Valid LGV/HGV Class 1 C+E License
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 9 penalty points.

Responsibilities

Looking for a great long-term HGV 1 Tramping opportunity?

We are looking for a Class 1 (C+E) Driver to work as part of the General Haulage team at our base in Boston. This role will see you working on the transportation of timber goods from mill to customer sites. You will be operating flat bed class 1 vehicles with ratchet strapped loads.

Duration: This is a long term, ongoing role, with permanent opportunities.

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Hours: Monday - Friday RoleLeave site Monday morning return Friday Afternoon. Starting each shift: 0645. Each shift averaging 10 hours.

Closing Date: 2026-07-28

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered for this role you will require the following:
