Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a professional HGV Class 1 tramper to support our client in Rutland. You will operate a curtain-sider, collect and deliver planned orders, and stay out in your vehicle during the week, returning home Friday with occasional Saturday runs.

You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with C+E entitlement, Digi Card and CPC, with no more than 6 points. Excellent communication and readiness for ongoing work and progression are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive as Class 1 tramper for our client in Rutland.

HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers Wanted – New Pass Drivers Accepted!
Join our driving team as a Class 1 tramper driver supporting our client in Rutland. Leaving the depot on a Monday morning, you will stay out in your vehicle during the week, collecting and delivering planned orders. The work is general haulage, usually involving palletised goods in a curtain-sider vehicle. You will return home on a Friday, with the occasional Saturday morning run-in when required. About you:
You will be a professional, reliable driver with excellent communication skills, looking for ongoing work with the opportunity to progress into a full-time permanent role.

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £17 per hour for this driving role.

Working Hours: Your week will usually start on a Monday morning at around 07:00. You will then complete your planned runs throughout the week before returning on a Friday or, occasionally, a Saturday morning.
