Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd is recruiting for an established client based in Severn Beach, Bristol, for multiple HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Night Drivers on an ongoing basis. Nights with shifts from 22:00 to 23:59, weekly across Mon-Sun, with potential permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

Class 1 pays £19.83 per hour PAYE and Class 2 pays £18.17 per hour PAYE. Requirements include a full UK licence, CPC, tachograph card, and a safety-first approach, with weekend availability and a short

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or Class 2 entitlement.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence, minor offences only.
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Willingness to undertake a short driving assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting palletised parcels to couriers and delivery units.
• Completing runs with approximately 4–5 stops.
• Loading and unloading using a tail lift and pump truck.
• Completing and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Following safe working practices and site procedures.
• Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in Severn Beach, Bristol.

We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Night Drivers to join the team on an ongoing basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

Shifts & Pay

Class 1 Nights

• £19.83 per hour PAYE
• Monday to Sunday
• Start times between 22:00 and 23:59
