Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with an established national logistics business based in Warrington. The role offers ongoing temporary work with potential for permanent position.

Shifts are 5 days from 7, long shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours, with pay weekly between £20.82 and £26.73 per hour including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points; no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT on licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out RDC-to-RDC trunking and related driving tasks as required.

Salary: GBP20.82 - GBP26.73 per hour

Our client operates RDC to RDC trunking work, with ongoing work and the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidates.

What's on offer?

• Paid weekly at £20.82 to £23.85 per hour (£23.33 to £26.73 inclusive of holiday pay)

To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
