Job summary

Connect Appointments is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for an established national logistics business based in Warrington. The role offers ongoing temporary work with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate, with shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours and weekly pay.

Pay ranges from £20.82 to £23.85 per hour, with holiday pay included (£23.33–£26.73 when holiday pay is included). A valid Class 1 licence, CPC, and Tachograph cards are required, plus no more than 6 points on licence.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points on licence with no disqualifying endorsement codes.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing temporary position with possible temp to perm.
• Shifts are 10 to 12 hours.

Our client operates RDC to RDC trunking work, with ongoing work and the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidates.

To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:
