Job summary

RecruitmentiQ is partnering with a Scotland-based business that has been providing quality catering equipment hire for 135 years, delivering reliable service across Scotland. We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Driver to join our team in Drem, East Lothian.

This full-time role involves multi-drop deliveries across Edinburgh, East Lothian and throughout Scotland, with an emphasis on safety, punctuality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a similar driving role.
• Ability to carry out medium to heavy lifting.
• Strong knowledge of road safety and compliance regulations.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled multi-drop deliveries across designated routes.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Work alongside a porter when necessary to complete deliveries.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to all driving regulations, including driver hours and safety compliance.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Driver to join our team based in Drem, East Lothian. This role involves multi-drop deliveries across Edinburgh, East Lothian and throughout Scotland, ensuring goods are transported safely, efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled multi-drop deliveries across designated routes
• Load and unload vehicles as required
• Work alongside a porter when necessary to complete deliveries

• Adhere to all driving regulations, including driver hours and safety compliance
