Job summary

Jet Aire is seeking a skilled Jet Vac Driver with an HGV to join our drainage team in Leeds. The role covers CCTV surveys, high pressure water jetting on our HGVs, boom operation, and work in confined spaces on site.

You will be responsible for safe, efficient job delivery, completing drivers hours records, vehicle checks, and supporting maintenance while staying aligned with health and safety policies. A strong commitment to reliability and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence is essential.
• CSCS card and Street Works qualification.
• HPWJ and Confined Space tickets.
• Full clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out CCTV surveys and HPWJ on HGVs.
• Operate the boom and perform drainage tasks.
• Work in confined spaces and assist with excavations.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment, complete logs and defect books.
• Be part of the On-Call Rota and follow safety procedures.

Here at Jet Aire, we're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Jet Vac Driver with a HGV to become an integral part of our team.

About the role:

All aspects of drainage including but not limited to:

• CCTV Surveys (dependent on role offered).
• High Pressure Water Jetting on our expert HGVs.
• Working with/operating the boom.
• Working in confined spaces.
• Excavation.

Further aspects of the role:

• Thorough completion of site/works information on a tablet device.
• Carry out work in line with company health and safety policy and procedures.
• Good time management and working efficiently.
• Completing Drivers Hours Books and Vehicle Checks (Defect books).
• General maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment.
• Be part of the On-Call Rota.
• Undertake all training and development as required.
