Job summary

Qualifications

• HGV licence or equivalent is essential.
• Experience with waste collection and fleet operations is a plus.
• Commitment to Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean and tidy.
• Liaise with the on-site Workshop for vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.
• Model and enforce uniform, PPE use and safety training within the team.
• Maximise resources and co-ordinate the team for waste collection and disposal.
• Complete required administrative reporting for accidents, locations and incidents using in-cab terminals and paper sheets.
