Job summary

JT Recruit is seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver for a 12-week temp-to-perm position in Langar, Nottingham. You will join a busy waste collection team, following planned routes and maintaining high safety standards across Nottinghamshire.

The role requires a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC with Digital Tachograph Card, and previous driving experience is preferred. A permanent opportunity, overtime, and a monthly bonus are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety.
• Reliable, professional, and punctual attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate HGV Class 2 vehicle to collect waste across Nottinghamshire.
• Follow planned routes and safety procedures to maintain high standards.
• Report any vehicle or route issues to supervision promptly.
