Job summary

THX Ltd. is seeking a Customer Delivery Operative – HGV Class 2 to deliver goods to customers and provide outstanding service. You will ensure equipment reaches customers on time, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Your role includes communicating with colleagues, updating delivery IT systems, and supporting other departments when needed. A 5:00am–7:30am start, Monday to Friday, offers a structured schedule and potential career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service.
• A valid, clean UK HGV Class 2 licence and up-to-date CPC.
• Experience in driving and delivering goods.
• Familiarity with IT and navigation systems.
• IPAF licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in ensuring customers receive hire equipment on time and in a friendly manner.
• Aim to meet the 98% on-time delivery target.
• Resolve problems promptly, communicating with customers and colleagues as needed.
• Load and unload hire equipment using appropriate lifting equipment and manual handling.
• Follow safe working processes while driving and loading/unloading.
