Job summary

THX Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Operative – HGV Class 2 to deliver hire equipment to customers while providing excellent service. You will ensure on-time delivery, resolve issues, and support warehouse activities when needed.

The role starts early, with shifts between 5:00am and 7:30am from Monday to Friday. A clean HGV Class 2 licence with CPC is essential, and IPAF is a plus. THX offers a comprehensive rewards package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service.
• A valid, clean UK HGV Class 2 licence and up-to-date CPC.
• Experience in driving and delivering goods.
• Familiarity with IT and navigation systems.
• IPAF licence (preferred) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hire equipment to customers on time in a friendly manner.
• Maintain 98% on-time delivery target.
• Resolve issues quickly by communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Load and unload equipment using appropriate lifting methods.
• Follow safe driving and handling procedures.
