Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver to ensure timely deliveries with strong customer service. You'll cover multi-drop routes, adhere to departure times and tacho legislation, with routes primarily in the local area. Training and support provided; start dates ASAP.

Shifts run 10–12 hours, start times between 6am and 8am, Monday to Friday. All work is palletised, with rare handball; pump truck operation may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-drop deliveries and knowledge of local area.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements and good teamwork.
• Familiarity with tachograph rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are made on time with good customer service.
• Adhere to departure times and comply with traffic and tacho legislation.
• Handle palletised goods; occasional pump truck operation.

HGV Class 2 Drivers wanted!

As a HGV Class 2 Driver you will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner whilst maintaining a good customer service attitude and approach. You will adhere to departure times and abide by all traffic and tacho legislation.

All work is palletised so very little handball will be involved. You may need to operate a pump truck.on occasion

Working Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• START TIMES BETWEEN 6AM TO 8AM
• 10 TO 12 HOUR SHIFTS
• ASAP START DATES

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of multi-drop deliveries and a good knowledge of the surrounding geographical area. In addition, there must be a good understanding of health and safety, attention to detail and the ability to work and communicate as part of a team.
