Job summary

JEWSON SCUNTHORPE is recruiting a HGV Class 2 driver to join STARK Building Materials UK's delivery team. You will safely deliver building materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading and operate a vehicle-mounted crane when required.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 driving and CPC card are required.
• Digi Tachograph card is required.
• Crane operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers.
• Load and unload goods as needed.
• Operate vehicle-mounted crane when required.
• Support team members during deliveries.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
