Job summary

Jewson is seeking a customer delivery driver to join our Newton Abbot team, delivering building materials to customers with a professional and friendly approach. You will load and unload, operate the HIAB crane, and support colleagues as needed.

The role offers social hours 07:00–17:00, alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00, a fully funded induction at our training academy, and the opportunity to gain an ALLMI crane licence. STARK Building Materials UK values career progression and great service.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not a necessity.

• Safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional and friendly approach.
• Load and unload goods; operate the HIAB crane when required; assist team members.

What To Expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?
