Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services (Uk) Plc in the United Kingdom seeks a driver to join our fleet, delivering and collecting waste to support local communities. You will perform vehicle checks, ensure safe loading and compliance with traffic laws, and assist with daily operations as needed.

The role requires a Cat C licence with current CPC and Digi Card, and offers a pathway to ongoing training within a diverse, inclusive workplace that values sustainability and community impact.

Qualifications

• Cat C (Class 2) licence required.
• Must have a current CPC and Digi Card.

Responsibilities

• Collecting waste from our facilities and delivering it for further processing.
• Undertake the necessary daily checks (eg oil, water, tyres).
• Comply with all traffic laws and legislation relating to your duties, including the security and weight of loads.
• Assist with other parts of the operation as and when required.
• Ensure that all related documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collecting waste from our household waste recycling centres and depositing it into our facilities, predominantly via a roll-on, roll-off vehicle
• Collecting waste from our facilities and delivering it for further processing
• Undertake the necessary daily checks (eg oil, water, tyres)
• Comply with all traffic laws and legislation relating to your duties, including the security and weight of loads
• Assist with other parts of the operation as and when required
• Ensure that all related documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  Cat C (Class 2) licence and previous experience
• Must have a current CPC and Digi Card
