Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services (Uk) Plc is recruiting for a full-time driver with a Class 2 licence to support planned waste collections. You will drive to designated locations, move and empty containers, and complete required daily paperwork in the company’s onboard system.

The role requires CPC, Digi Tachograph card, and a strong knowledge of transport safety rules. The position offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with early starts.

Qualifications

• Class 2 (Cat C) licence is required.
• Up-to-date CPC is required.
• Digi/Tachograph card is required.
• Desirable: Waste Management experience or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and load/unload multiple commercial waste containers.
• Ensure all information is entered into the onboard system and paperwork is submitted daily.
• Perform daily vehicle checks in line with the driver operator handbook.
• Comply with all traffic laws and weight limits on loads.

• Ensuring all information is input into the onboard system and all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily
• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook

Hours:40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday AM Shifts start at 6 am and finish at 14:30
