Job summary

XPO TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS IT EUROPE is recruiting a Class 1 nights driver to join our Thurrock team. You will work a five-day week, Monday to Friday nights starting at 16:00, handling nightly trunk runs on pre-loaded trailers.

You will be paid £19.31 per hour for a 50-hour week, with weekly pay and a pension, CPC training, cycle to work scheme and various discounts. The role offers weekends off and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E licence required.
• Valid CPC and Digi Card.
• No more than 6 points with no DD/DR or IN endorsements.

You will be working a 50 hour week, working Monday to Friday nights 16:00 start with a pay rate of £19.31 per hour, weekly paid. What you'll do on a typical day:

• You will be running the nightly trunk.
• Work in a safety biased way, adhering to strict regulations and safety policies
• You will be trunking wood products on a pre-loaded trailer
• The work is Monday to Friday nights

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E Licence
• Valid and up to date CPC and Digi Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence with no DD/DR or IN Endorsements showing
