Job summary

XPO Logistics in Thurrock is recruiting a Class 1 nights driver to join our team on a full-time basis. You will work a 50 hour week, Monday to Friday nights starting at 16:00, with a pay rate of £19.31 per hour and weekly pay.

You will have access to discounts, ongoing CPC training, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension and more, plus 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. This role emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance while trunking wood products on a pre-loaded trailer.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E Licence.
• Valid and up to date CPC and Digi Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence with no DD/DR/IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run the nightly trunk.
• Work in a safety biased way, adhering to strict regulations and safety policies.
• Trunk wood products on a pre-loaded trailer.
