Job summary

Route Delivery Solutions (RDS) Ltd in Warrington is seeking full-time Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers to join our growing fleet. You will deliver trailers using route navigation apps, complete trips efficiently and safely, and return home the same day.

We offer a dedicated support team, no loading duties, flexible hours, a weekly bonus (£300–£2,000 per year), a company pension after probation, 20 days plus bank holidays, onsite parking, and opportunities for steady, local work.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Holder of a Digital Tachograph.
• Full CPC qualification.
• Must pass a CRB background check.
• Must pass a Drugs & Alcohol test.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be able to work evening shifts.
• Must have right to work in the U.K.
• Must have good working knowledge of EU drivers' hours and regulations.
• Your driver’s licence must have NO more than 3pts and NO pre-existing codes within 5 years (CD, IN, DD, TT, MS, DR).

Job description

• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery trucks and notify manager of any issues
• Maintain daily electronic logs to track routes and deliveries
• Driver is not required to assist with any loading or unloading
• Traction work only- drop/swap trailers. On average 3 swaps per shift, working with boxed trailers only
