Job summary

Route Delivery Solutions (RDS) in Warrington is seeking Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers for night trunking. You will deliver trailers, perform daily checks, and log routes accurately.

We offer a weekly bonus (£300–£2000/year on top of salary), a company pension after probation, 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and on-site parking. Right to work in the UK and CPC/DS/DB checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Must hold Digital Tachograph and Full CPC qualification.
• Must pass CRB background check and Drugs & Alcohol test.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Must have right to work in the UK and comply with EU drivers' hours rules; licence ≤3 points.

Responsibilities

• Use route navigation apps to deliver trailers from pickup to destination.
• Complete daily vehicle maintenance checks and notify issues.
• Maintain daily electronic logs of routes and deliveries.
• Driver is not required to assist with loading/unloading; trunking only.
• Traction work only: drop and swap trailers (≈3 swaps per shift).

WHAT YOU NEED

WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO
