Route Delivery Solutions (RDS) Ltd in Warrington is seeking Class 1 HGV drivers for night trunking shifts. You will be home after every shift with no loading or unloading.

We offer flexible hours, a weekly bonus (£300–£2000 per annum on top of salary), company pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and on-site parking. Veterans and ex-emergency services are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Digital Tachograph holder.
• Full CPC qualification.
• CRB background check — pass.
• Drugs and alcohol test — pass.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Right to work in the U.K.
• EU drivers' hours knowledge and regulations.
• Licence points: no more than 3 in last 5 years; no CD/IN/DD/TT/MS/DR codes.

Responsabilités

• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver trailers from pickup to destination.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery trucks and notify manager of issues.
• Maintain daily electronic logs to track routes and deliveries.
• Traction work only — drop/swap trailers; approx 3 swaps per shift.
• No loading or unloading required; home after every shift.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
• Hold a Digital Tachograph
• Full CPC qualification
• Must be able to pass a CRB background check
• Must be able to pass a Drugs Alcohol test
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work evening shifts
• Must have right to work in the U.K
• Must have good working knowledge of EU drivers' hours and regulations
• Your driver's licence MUST have NO more than 3pts NO pre-existing codes within 5 years - CD, IN, DD, TT, MS, DR

WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO

• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver trailers from pick up to destination
• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery trucks and notify manager of any issues
• Maintain daily electronic logs to track routes and deliveries
• Driver is not required to assist with any loading or unloading Traction work only- drop/swap trailers. On average 3 swaps per shift, working with boxed trailers only
