Job summary

WH Bence, a family owned business in Yate, Bristol, is seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join the team. The role involves transporting high-value medical trailers and equipment across the UK and Ireland, with weekend work and nights out as required.

Applicants should hold a Category C+E licence with up to 6 points, a valid Digicard and DCPC, and have at least 2 years of HGV driving experience. The position offers permanent, full-time hours with a varied shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Category C+E licence with no more than 6 points.
• Valid Digicard and DCPC certificate.
• At least 2 years HGV driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport high value medical trailers within the UK and Ireland.
• Escort duties for oversize load deliveries.
• Site setup to client requirements, including water/power connections.
• Deliver Fire Appliances, Emergency Service vehicles and mobile clinics.
• Assist with on-site vehicle and trailer movements and local duties.
