Job summary

Logistical Support Services LTD in Bristol is seeking flexible Van Drivers to join our depot. You will transport specialist cargoes, including dangerous goods, across the UK and Europe, with some nights out and variable hours to meet customer demands.

You must hold a C+E licence with at least three years, no more than three points, and be prepared for double manned driving. ADR training is offered if required, and subsistence allowances apply during night outs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current C+E licence for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points.
• ADR would be desirable; training provided for the right candidates.
• Strong knowledge of the UK and EU road network.
• Sound knowledge of drivers hours rules and road regulations.
• Ability to safely load and unload vehicles, and undertake multi-drop movements.
• A team player for double manned driving and customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Transport specialist cargoes, including dangerous goods, on UK and Europe.
• Operate double manned driving teams.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver to clients and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Occasional nights out with subsistence allowances; possible weekend work at enhanced rates.
