Job summary

Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver for permanent work with a nationwide automotive logistics company in the Queenborough area.

The role is a full-time roaming/tramping position with typical start times between 4:00am and 6:00am, offering £55,000-£65,000 per year. You will operate large car transporters, loading, securing, transporting and unloading vehicles nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of car-transporter experience.
• Full UK HGV Class 1/Category C+E licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than six licence points.
• Willing to roam, tramping and sleep in the truck.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport and unload vehicles.
• Collect and deliver vehicles nationwide.
• Operate large 11-plus vehicle car transporters.
• Maintain high safety and compliance standards.
• Work full-time roving/tramping schedule.

About You:
