Job summary

Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver for a permanent position with a nationwide automotive logistics company in the Immingham area.

Role involves loading, securing, transporting and unloading vehicles nationwide, roaming/tramping with early start times, and sleeping in the truck. Salary is £55,000–£65,000 per year with permanent long-term employment and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of car-transporter experience.
• Full UK HGV Class 1/Category C+E licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than six licence points.
• Comfortable with roaming, tramping and sleeping in the truck.
• High work ethic and team player.
• Punctual, professional and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Loading, securing, transporting and unloading vehicles.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide.
• Operating large 11-plus vehicle car transporters.

• Working Hours - Full-time roaming/tramping position, with typical start times between 4:00am and 6:00am
• Pay Rate - £55,000-£65,000 per year
• Operating large 11-plus vehicle car transporters
• Loading, securing, transporting and unloading vehicles
• Collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide
• Permanent, long-term employment
• Start: ASAP

About You:

• Minimum one year of car-transporter experience
