Job summary

Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 car transporter driver for a permanent, nationwide role based near Brentwood. Shifts are full-time with early starts, and involves roaming and sleeping in the truck.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of car-transport experience, UK HGV Class 1 (C+E), CPC and Tachograph proof, and no more than six points. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of car-transporter experience.
• Full UK HGV Class 1/Category C+E licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than six licence points.

Responsibilities

• Operate large 11-plus vehicle car transporters.
• Load, secure, transport and unload vehicles.

About the role:

• Working Hours - Full-time roaming/tramping position, with typical start times between 4:00am and 6:00am
• Pay Rate - £55,000-£65,000 per year
• Operating large 11-plus vehicle car transporters
• Loading, securing, transporting and unloading vehicles
• Collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide
• Permanent, long-term employment
• Start: ASAP

About You:

• Minimum one year of car-transporter experience
• Full UK HGV Class 1/Category C+E licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than six licence points
• Comfortable with roaming, tramping and sleeping in the truck
