Job summary

Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver for a permanent role with a nationwide automotive logistics partner in the Doncaster area.

You'll work full-time in a roaming/tramping capacity with early starts between 4:00am and 6:00am, loading, securing and delivering vehicles across the UK. The role offers long-term stability and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of car-transporter experience.
• Full UK HGV Class 1/C+E licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than six licence points.
• Willingness to roam, tramp and sleep in the truck.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Punctual and professional.

Responsibilities

• Operate large 11-plus vehicle car transporters.
• Load, secure, transport and unload vehicles.
• Collect and deliver vehicles nationwide.
• Roaming/tramping with early starts (4:00am–6:00am).

• Working Hours - Full-time roaming/tramping position, with typical start times between 4:00am and 6:00am
• Pay Rate - £55,000-£65,000 per year
• Operating large 11-plus vehicle car transporters
• Loading, securing, transporting and unloading vehicles
• Collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide
• Permanent, long-term employment
• Start: ASAP

About You
