Workforce Staffing Ltd in Droitwich is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a Temp to Perm position. You will perform refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to retail stores, with up to 15 drops per shift, using tail lifts and cages. Immediate starts available after a successful assessment and induction.

Shift patterns include Thurs–Mon, Wed–Sun, Fri–Tue, and Tue–Sat. Pay rates vary by day/night, with overtime after 47.5 hours.

Formación

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of WTD and EU Drivers’ Hours Regulations.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends.

HGV Class 1 Driver – Droitwich

Temp to Perm Full-Time Opportunities Available

We are currently looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Droitwich This is an excellent opportunity to secure a Temp to Perm role with competitive pay rates, regular shift patterns, and great company benefits.

About the Role

• Refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to retail stores and shops
• Up to 15 drops per shift
• Use of tail lifts and cages
• Immediate starts available following a successful assessment and induction

Shift Patterns Available

• Thursday – Monday
• Wednesday – Sunday
• Friday – Tuesday
• Tuesday - Saturday

Pay Rates

Days

• Monday – Friday: £17.30 per hour
• Overtime after 47.5 hours: £19.46 per hour
• Saturday: £19.46 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £25.95 per hour

Nights

• Monday – Friday: £19.77 per hour
• Overtime after 47.5 hours: £21.92 per hour
• Saturday: £21.92 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £28.41 per hour

Only 30 minutes break deducted per shift

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
