Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting Distribution Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers for our Droitwich Depot. You will safely move products from depots to supermarkets within our network using a modern fleet, with flexibility and no overnights on offer.

This full-time position features a 5 in 7 shift pattern (AM/PM), hourly pay (£17.30–£28.42) with overtime, and potential earnings around £46k p.a. Benefits include holidays, pension contributions, life assurance, and discounts.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E) with current CPC and digital driving card.
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence.
• Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
• Self-motivated, reliable and capable of working on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
• Put safety first and respect all road users.
• Complete driver and vehicle checks correctly.
• Plan routes considering road works and traffic to keep journeys efficient.
• Represent Müller professionally to customers.

We are recruiting for Distribution Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Droitwich Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy working for a prestigious logistics company, driving a modern and well maintained fleet of vehicles and who are looking for flexibility in their life, we offer full time work schedules, and no overnights stays.

As a Distribution Driver, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently product from our distribution depots to supermarkets within the network.

Contract - Full Time / Permanent

Location -Pointon Way Stonebridge Cross Business Park, Droitwich WR9 0LW

Shift Pattern - 5 days over 7 (including weekends) AM & PM Shifts available

ate of Pay - £17.30 per hour - £28.42per hour

Overtime rate; £19.46

Potential on target earning from £46,000 per annum (based on shift premiums above)

Class 1 Driver Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulation.
• Puts safety first and respects all other road users.
• Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.
• Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base.

Class 1 DriverKey Skills & Experience

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
• Current CPC and digital driving card
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)
• Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
• Self - motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
